Love: Potentially Defined As "A Dependency Or The Development Of One"
There's a chance, that, love is the abstract construct of dependency or the development of one. To love something may be a term for the need of something. The idea stems from one's love for things... What that something means to the person ? What gaps ' needs ' and desires are fulfilled when that "loved" thing exists in one's mind ?!
Perhaps, it is a level above biological-survival; possibly, within the realm(s) of social-survival and/or personal-survival.
Foundationally, this idea is referring to the literal idea of Love and not the figurative or colloquial expression of love (eg; i love that dress). However, the figurative ' slang ' and colloquial may hint at the literal idea of love - as most illiteral terms relate to reality.
When one loves their parents, what is that love ? Is it edible ? Can it be sold ? How many are there ?... It's intangible, yet acquirable. Most people love their parent(s), and they wouldn't exist or survive without their parent'(s)' presence and/or support. The same goes for guardians/caregivers. Those supporters, too, have been bestowed "love" to their profile - they are loved. Based on the history of what those caregivers have done and how they've promoted the survival of those who've been cared for, the correlation of Need (Dependency) being the definition of Love is strong.
When faced with a loved topic (eg; cars), the lover finds the topic of utmost-importance - something they believe they cannot live without. If something is needed for survival, that something is being depended upon. Though the topic may not "feed" biological-survival; it feeds mental-survival (social and/or personal). Mental survival is needed after biological-survival is satisfied. However, for some, the lines between biological-survival and mental-survival are widely-blurred - they may think their BS is at stake if their MS is not satisfied.
When faced with an idea, one may love something because it encompasses most of what they believe in - something that forms their current existing state (where, if any part is removed, they wouldn't exist anymore), thus, all that's inside the idea is needed (depended upon).
Based on these evidence, the potential is great.

Spoiled Society
Like, how recycling and regular trashing is not enough, you have to separate the items by type and fooded and infooded.. what next ? Build our own recycling plant ? If waste management is not a job people want, stop pretending, fire everyone, and let the shit storm rise in the streets.
Like, how we have to use less water, even though we have to move towards better water purification systems, anyway... And how there's a minimum usage charge, even, when you're way below minimum usage. it becomes a double financial gain for the companies - lower production of fresh water and higher income for lower water usage.
Like, how milk crates are illegal to use outside of dairy company operations, but, somehow, it's okay for the companies to block roads ' leave their items inattended in the streets ' use expensive and damaging resources to make crates ' and make people buy 400% markups for lower quality versions. And, to top things off, no one gives a crap about the stolen/borrowed crates that were returned.
